Nice bike but...looks like a 2V motor so not a testastretta.

 

Interesting you should say that but it is the name NCR gave it

If this soothes your noodle though as they did another with the same name

 

Initially, I liked that...but on closer inspection it looks wrong in many ways.
Basically it’s trying too hard and the lines don’t flow at all well.

My inner geek thinks that references Studio Ghibli’s ‘Princess Mononoke’.
