I driven to Mount Rushmore on the Iron Mountain Road whihc is an amazingly tortuous switchback road that clings to the mountain side & goes around 360 degree bends & through tunnels cut in the rock. But the most notable thing about it is that it was built in such a way that when it does go through a tunnel cut into the rock or sharp bend a view of Mount Rushmore can be seen. no, base car was a Lincoln Futura (only 'cos i Gurgled) - this is the gorgeous Cadillac Fleetwood if you look at the doorhandles they look like arrows but it's only shadows, yet they probably could have got away with that shape! (of doorhandle)
