Thought id update this as they deserve it... The general manager of sytners nottingham (where i bought it) phoned me and has arranged to come down the first week of December, collect my car for repairs and drop a courtesy car off for me to use while they take it back up north. Cant say fairer that that really, faith somewhat restored
Turned up with a brand new 5 door cooper with 200 miles otc today and took mine back oop north. Bastards didn’t tell me it was a keyless start so you can imagine the fun I had with that I think it’s going to be quite hard to give it back when the time comes though.
They’re speculating on either you or the hounds loving the Cooper so much they won’t be returning the van…….
