I agree, the high gloss carbon fibre cover looks lovely. I had the exact same on my 999 many moons ago. Much nicer than the agricultural looking Russian/Eastern European option in your pictures
The factory mag cover on the 1098 Streetfighter looks luvely but expensive new and rare 2nd hand ime. Found one a while ago and fitted it to my 916. Only downside is the post Cagiva era font

given it was my water pump that got blasted during my last excursion i thought the GB bad boys would do the trick If i get a standard clutch cover and then slot it around the bevelled edge and then stick the GB cover over it, im hoping that gives me the benefit of uber protection but also some airflow
