  2. you're going to have to get the young lad a bike before there's a fall out.

  3. He is the younger one - his brother in the background is 2 years older than him. It’s funny you say that though, because he’s now talking about doing his CBT so he can join in the fun.

  4. jesus, what have you feeding him? best you get yer other lad on it before there's a fall out.

  5. Funny you say that because I was laughing about this very issue with him last night. For the first 4 months of his life he was on the breast AND a bottle every 2 hours (most babies only feed every 4 hours). Plus, he used to get so frustrated with the flow rate of the bottles that I had to take a hot knife and increase the bore of the hole in the teats. And when giving him a bottle it was like when you feed a hungry lamb, as he would drain it in a matter of seconds.

He’s still growing too and doesn’t even seem to have completed puberty yet.

Funnily enough, whenever there’s a fall out he comes off second best because his big little/little big bro is a very handy boxer who weighs in as a lightweight but hits like a light-heavy. Thankfully, although they are like chalk and cheese personality-wise, they are very close and so that is a rare occurrence

  6. well, there you go, if you dont want yer eyes punched out with a couple of jabs delivered to the puss, i would get him a bike pronto.
"feeding a hungry lamb" :D i've done that and know exactly what you mean.

  7. Nah. We settled the “can I beat my dad in a fight yet?” question on Aberystwyth beach in August of this year. We used MMA rules and I beat both of them 3-0 on submissions but I’m pretty good at grappling and holds and the tall one has such long limbs that it’s easy to trip/throw him and work on his joints (don’t call social services - he was over 18!). However, judging by when I spar with the older one, I reckon he would comprehensively beat me in a pure boxing contest on speed and skill alone, not least because half the time I find that I’m punching smoke, only to get my bell rung by a counter-shot.

  8. :joy: I had similar with my old man but it wasn’t as legitimate.

my old man was London champion in Judo when he was a teenager. I boxed for Kent. He’s pretty aggressive and I am pretty docile generally. But there’s a handful of things that’ll get me going

I kicked his ass :joy: I shouldn’t laugh really as it was actually pretty sad the whole thing really. But we laugh about it now. I think it’s a family thing as his brother has had it out with his son (they live in the states) it’s happened twice and on both occasions my cousin won spectacularly and my uncle hasn’t learned :joy:
