If its the Ducati Roadshow demo ride.. Dont be expecting to go out on your own and you will get zero chance to give it the beans.
done one before. what you do is slow down hold the group back a bit then rip it. there is a wee quarter mile section of the rout that should tell you every thing you need to know. i don't think i will be buying one this year tho.
so a few more handfuls of this, and its mine - you've got a deal! i know you like gardening , so that would explain it - TBH i think you've got the better end of the deal. Nice one earthmother!!!
I only have to sit on a bike and I want to buy it, so I'm banned from even going into the dealer for a nosey
Oh man... I never thought this would happen but I'm getting more interested in an 899 by the day. I absolutely love my 848 Corse though and no way I'd change it after only year. I do think that I'll be mulling an 899 over quite carefully this winter... bloody hell. It would come down to cash at the end of the day. Any rumours about an 899S yet?
I am keeping the evo corse until a 899evo/S/R comes out and refuse to test ride a base 899! Or I will end up like ET lol
That's pretty much exactly where I'm at too. If I'm going to change, any time soon is too soon and I'd like to see what else is in the pipeline for 2015 or 2016. Nothing wrong at all with the Corse and even this morning I was signing it's praises to my workmates. Andy
Dare I say I prefer the looks of my 1198 to the 1199? I keep considering swapping the zzr1100 for something newer, and even got as far as testing a Multistrada. It was brilliant but couldn't justify swapping a perfectly reliable (touches the table!), comfortable bike that is hardly slow even by today's standards which I service myself for another £10,000 Italian bike with all the extra running costs. And of course, the value of the zzr isn't dropping anymore, even as I'm putting 500 miles a week on it. (Edit to say - I wouldn't sell the zzr anyhow. I'm end up keeping it, and I think four bikes is enough!)
