Same here.

Music from me growing up. Was a fan of punk and ska back in the day.

Made me re tune into the old specials songs, they still sound great. The older i get, the better they sound

 

Very sad to read this today. He was a very funny man and brought so much pleasure to so many. RIP

 

I still have ska as my go to music, led by madness then the specials, and ghost town is in top 5 all time for me. RIP

 

Philippe Streiff has died aged 67, Phillipe was left a quadraplegic after his devastating pre-season testing accident in 1989. He was not only incredibly brave facing up to this during the rest of his life, but also happened to be a really lovely and charming man.
