    @Android I'd be up for a bit of that in the summer when the mornings warm, meet somewhere for coffee at 0700 then do a cafe tour

    With only 10 days to the "off" I am making serious notes of these recommended places...anymore on the A9 Scotland, A7 south of Edinburgh, A49 Liverpool to Bristol ????

  5. The Forge at Monyash (between Ashbourne and Buxton). Great breakfast and there's a great pub right next door.

  8. I'm a regular visitor to Goodwood Aerodrome, I don't eat there, although some good food is available, I enjoy sitting in the cafe though, or on the decking outside and watching small planes and helicopters take off and land.
