Me to, ive contacted Ian and asked if he can shed light to where my item is because he stated everyone in the UK will have there's by the weekend, he has apologised and sent the UK supplier an email and will get back to myself by tomorrow (Monday) .

Yes will do, this is the reply I got back from Ian, I have confirmed no delivery. Hi Dave, I have reached out to the UK distributor to get a tracking number for you. While they had indicated to me the shipments should arrive this week it is possible that was not the case with all of them. I'm sorry for the additional delay - I will update you as soon as I get more information. Unfortunately there will be no response from the office there until Monday. Orders have been going out because several UK bods have received there's. I've just this min sent Ian email to confirm no items as of yet and several other UK buyers are reporting the same. I'll update on reply [emoji106]

Well, id not heard anything so emailed him this morning and just got a UPS delivery note on my email....which was created today...so, that begs the question if I hadn't asked would anything have happened. While I appreciate we got a good discount and I love Roadloks (got one on each of my other bikes) the service has been definitely lacking...
Mine arrived today, very nice indeed, I hear what your saying and yes communication could have been better, but Ian will always reply if you email him, tbh i think once the product was with the UK supplier it was out of Ian hands and no doubt the UK supplier was pissed because 40 odd sales bypassed him !
Bugger! I missed this...... If anyone changes their mind and doesn't want one after receiving, let me know.
