Keep the manual for checking tyre pressures, and for changing settings or setting up the clocks. Don't bother with much else, but, my bike is fairly simple.
Yep I had a little scan through the manual when I first got it, mainly to know how to rest the clocks etc. I used it recently to make sure I knew where all the screws holding the panels were, but recently I downloaded the specs (parts etc) from the Ducati website and also found a copy of the workshop manual from the web, which is very very handy :biggrin:
You lucky beggars with new bikes you get handbooks. Try "nth" hand bikes no toolkit or handbook for those of us with kids Haynes do a manual for those of who wish we had one to read up on the subject -lol
