I'm also running a 14t on the front, makes a massive difference. You'll learn to ride around the sub 3k lumpiness. I'll often slip the clutch just a little to get her into that lovely low down torque!!

I ran a 14 tooth on my S2R (same swing arm) and I would be careful. It runs the chain pretty close to the SA and as the chain slackened it rubbed slightly. It seems a shame to ruin such a pretty SA. I switched to going up 2 teeth on the rear, 3 would be closer to 14 on the front.
