997.2? Oh no- centre locks! Look cool but a trip to OPC whenever you want the wheels off. Ask me how I know....
Or any decent specialist, car is off to Northway tomorrow for 4 new tyres and a service Also my local wheel refinishers have all the kit for removal as well
Indeed i am .... would love a GT3 but I love a soft top more than the hardcore ... GTS is the ideal compromise
Just had mine re powder coated. As I'm running PCCB's I prefer my local OPC to take them off with guide bars. My logic is that if they ding/chip a disc, I've more chance of recourse with them than an indy or RS Alloys.
Thats fair, I'm sat at Northway Porsche today and just watched them follow the same process removing my CL's for newe tyres ...
i took my 964 to northway moons ago and was very happy. ray runs and tight and honest ship from what i can see. now the gt3 is out of warranty it will go to an indy. its either fearnsport, jzm or northway. i dont think northway service many of the gt cars generally?
Greetings! I'm the new custodian of Dibble's old bike. It's off to Louigi Moto on Saturday to bring it out of hibernation and then it will be off to Brno with me early August. No doubt i will be back with a myriad of stupid questions in due course. BTW not my first flirtation with a 999. Used to own one a few years ago which i hated but Dibble's is properly sorted and I got on with it very well last time i rode it (which was probably last time it was clean given the fossilized bugs i just cleaned off it)
I can see a GT2 and 2 GT3's one an RS from where I am sitting ;-) I'm here as they were a recommendation ....
Tyre guy was telling me OPC won’t drive your car if you take in for work unless N rated Porsche recommended tyres fitted. So that’s Pirelli only…I wonder what said technician will be doing 170mph on a test run for and where?
