If you can do it do it... it's a bloody hard thing to do ... oh make sure you have an outrider as well. at my friends some twat decided to cut through the funeral procession of bikes nearly causing an accident. It felt like a never ending ride. but a lot of love in those bunch of bikes ! How glorious would a big bunch of dukes sound
Hi Duc I posted last night on his cranksaver thread that there was a collection on here as he was also active of late on there.
very very sad news, had chatted a few times on a different forum and he always sounded upbeat and ready for banter.A family member of mine done the same thing with no signs of what he was thinking of doing....well not until after he did it so you cant wreck your head thinking what you could have done to change the outcome. Its true that time is a healer and now I can think back without all the what if's flying around in my head. my thoughts are with all Darrens close friends and family at this sad time R.I.P darren 470four
Stick the date up, havent got bike ready for road but sure he wouldnt have minded the occasional 4 wheels
Wow, what a shock. I was messaging him about them case savers back in October on UKMOC, sent him pics etc, never would i have thought he showed any signs of wanting to end it. His last couple of posts do seem tho like he was preparing for it now we know. I hope his close family can somehow deal with this tragedy. Rip mate.
Flagged up on his monster forum thread What about Facebook bikers? Was he a member anyone?? If he was it would be a good place to ask
Very sad news, my thoughts to Darren's family and friends. I met him this summer at the Italian Auto day in Swindon, lovely bloke, spend lots of time chatting to him with my mate who has a similar half faired 900ss. I was lookimng forward to seeing him at future meets. If I can get the bike back together in time I'll try to get to the funeral. Will keep an eye on the forum for the date and time.
Very sad news.I never met Darren but I did buy something from him and would liked to have met him.My thoughts are with his family and friends.
