Scott Redding Out Of Octo Pramac In 2018

Discussion in 'Racing & Bike Sport' started by Android853sp, Aug 10, 2017.

  1. Like Lowes, he was given the poor bike and the team would listen, if you believe the press. They tested loads of stuff, where he wanted to ride to win not test. Bradley Smith would have done well there, being happy just to test every week ;)

  2. More the way he left, than the why he left mate, he acted very unprofessional, and that's not just the press, I thought that from his interviews post leaving.

  3. I suspect when you get that far along the road, and need people to realise its not because you have lost your talent, you have to do something. I wish more were like him TBH. Lower did similar a couple of rounds ago too...in fact the other loses did it the end of last year in WSBK too. I like it: shows spirit! Batter than Casey Moaner flinching off mid-season because he was a little tired....

  4. I'll agree to disagree :upyeah:

  5. Just read Lowes, potentially to join MVDS to replace Miller. I think that will be a good result for MVDS. Pleased Redding got another ride, as for how he will do at Aprillia I have no idea. Here's hoping. :upyeah:

  6. Gone back to Moto2 not Aprillia. Crash.net got it wrong (as did I) Andy
Not having a good time, got Danny Kent and Scott mixed up. Doh ! Andy

  7. MCN gets it wrong too if he has gone back to Moto2. MCN

  8. After watching his performance in FP3, Redding deserves to be in MotoGP.

  10. I'm a prize dick ! Clearly not my finest hour. Andy

  11. I knew you were talking about Kent ;)

  12. Quoted people's posts about Redding/Aprilia though. Assumed Kent but thought it odd. I thought, he's quite adamant though so maybe knows something. :joy:

  13. lol, we all have them. Mine's tomorrow. :upyeah:

  14. I see Scott qualified ahead of Miller again! Obviously Pramac can see more talent than the rest of us:confused:

  15. Apples and bananas mate, completely different bikes so difficult to to judge really.
