Having just reread it all I can’t believe something supposedly so simple caused so much trouble, nor can I believe I made a video of its final demise, or that it ran to so many pages & posts - all I can think is that August 2019 must have been very quiet in your lives that you all had so much time on your hands.

  3. I’m surprised it managed to corrode to the shaft given it’s location so close to an oiled chain, well done for having the patience to get it off. :)

    I may well have just torched the bike…….o_O
