Thanks all for the wisdom, I hate selling stuff any platform has its muppets but eBay can be another level. I’ll sort stuff this weekend probably opt for here & biketrader and see how it goes.
I’ve only ever sold one bike privately and it was on here and it was a completely painless experience
Sold maybe a dozen of my bikes on Ebay classified over quite a few years, not had one bad experience, only a couple of time wasters, every purchaser turned up when they said and no haggling either, met some really nice guys.
Never had any grief in twenty deals, always ask for cash, no test rides, stand your ground, don't cave in.
