The problem I believe Guy has, is that he is never happy as part of a team, and would rather do his own thing.......
To my mind and having some experience of this with my own son, i would say Guy has some symptoms on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. This may well help him ride a bike very fast and equally cause him problems in other aspects of his racing.
