Apparently Shakey is back in hospital. I’ve been following the twitter updates and he’s been taken out for coffee by his pals and generally pushing the recovery process. My dad had spinal surgery last year and caught pneumonia from the hospital, they pumped him full of meds for a week and he was like a zombie . Took another few weeks for everything to clear up and be back to normal, thankfully shakey is far fitter than my old man so fingers crossed his re-admission will be a short one and he's back to watching love island at home very soon
Gotta do the breathing exercises from physio when In hospital as I did Your lungs need to be exercised to keep the fluid moving otherwise it stagnates and causes pneumonia Coughing is another good exercise and I know how painful that is when your ribs hurt
