I had a similar error on mine when I tried to add ‘luggage’ on the shuttle. Likewise a total shut down and restart restored it
I didn’t change from solo to two up n luggage, I left it on that. No need to change that. Just hit the mode button and change to Urban to lower the suspension. If you’re sitting with feet on the ground you can feel it sink. Obviously vice versa when remounted.
