I don’t follow WSBK… But I am not sure it’s comparable as it’s a year long Championship. The 6 Nations last 6 weeks. You can change the rules before or after, keeping things equal for all teams…
Fantastic game !! Russell did not kick well enough and allowed the dominated team to win. How can a team win with 1 try to 3? That’s harsh…
The 20min Red was announced before the first games. Hell of a kick from the half way line by Finn Smith.
My mistake! I just double checked and stand corrected on this. I got abused by some comments heard on the evil télé. I should know better…
Just watched the highlights. So I now know what you’re on about. I thought it was great! Should have pepper sprayed him… Of course our kicker would never have been boo’d in Scotland under the same circumstances
Trouble is twickenham or Allianz bollocks.. is now aimed and priced at the corporate hooray Henry market with money ruling over rugby passion. Seems to me a large amount don’t understand the game, have never played it, and are more interested in the next glass of pink wine over watching the game. its fooked.
Twickenham has all my life been like that, I’ve seen it from ends, I’ve enjoyed hospitality and the stands. I’ve always thought booing the kicker was worse at Murrayfield but it’s subjective and it’s probably just as bad at all of the games. Kickers have to tune out, Russell had a bad day with the boot.
Can’t beat a nice corporate day at Twickenham , meal at The Stoop then a gentle walk across to a plush box , Guinness on tap by served by a waiter and no long queues for the toilets - finished off beating the Jocks what a good way to spend a Saturday away from the wife and kids, poor life for us builders!
Isn’t that Union through and through? Particularly national/elite level… I was forced to play it at school. Fucking hated it after a hard ground frost. Jeez… And nowt wrong with a drop of rose’ mate…
aye, you must be thirsty after 5 years of drought. chortle. maybe it's the same all over, but what i have noticed with the national team is, should they get a perceived bad ref decision, they always seem to loose their mojo for a while after.
