Not so. One is on sorn, you have the choice on line to tax from 01/03/23 or 01/04/23. The other is already taxed and runs out tomorrow, so it will start tomorrow.
So basically what you're saying's you can apply for road fund licence on the last day of the month for the following month....
Ok i understand fully now.....i was gonna tax three vehicles today, but i'm busy this month, plus the weather forecast looks shite for the coming weeks.
Fitted new battery to monster, started no problem now! Also replaced the plate bulb so all road ready! Think it’s still mot’d so just some tax, but better weather and we’re off! Started pani as well, just to keep all lubricated. Get them mot’d soon too and then decide which I’ll take to Silverstone in May, first trackday in over 6 years….
Been with eldest boy to take his ninja 650 in for its first service, then went yo a classic (plus a few modern) bike meet at Huggies Speed Shop at Mallory Park
It sounds like the dentist yearly checkup then, 10 minutes talking bollocks and your out the door a little lighter in the pocket.
Aprilia RS125 day 6 although feels like 66….. Replace fork seals, repaint fork lowers and remove rear brake bleed nipple with an impact driver a fckn impact driver, thought it had snapped when it finally came away. Bought some heat restart paint to tart up the exhaust on lads SX50 ready to sell on soon, you can’t have too many bikes but you can have too many Aprilia’s.
Taxed my bike. Last bought tax for it in feb 22. Found it has gone up from £96 to £111. Dont see that percentage increase in road improvements, (or am I being naive?). It now costs more for my road fund licence than my insurance which seems a little odd.
I taxed my Ninja 1000SX beginning of March, pay by direct debit so I can sorn it when I want , worked out at £106.05 for a year. Just taxed the Panigale today, DD again…£116.55 for the year ..why is the Panigale more expensive than the Kwakker, is it to do with emissions? Panigale Euro 3? where the Kwakker is Euro 5 ? Didn’t seem that long ago that bike road fund license was about £95 quid.
