Called @nelly at Cornerspeed, to see if he had a couple of parts for my 996 project, he had both parts, so, called in and collected them Nice to meet another forum member, that's 2 in 2 days
Freed up the stuck on front brakes on 748 project. Removed side stand and bracket (much heat and swearing). Spray painted it silver. Bought some period wheels. Went for a blast on the Striple.
Good old dad insisted he rode the bikes down to me to put back in my garage to save me any bother . I bet he won't tax them both for me next month .
Did a bit of cleaning and put a few stickers on too. I think I like them, they’re not too much, just enough.
Stripped plastics of Sons Aprilia ready for a sticker kit I’ve bought for it. Couldn’t resist starting to apply a little bit of the kit to swingarm, looks better already.
I was going to post that I actually went out on my bike but decided that's quite a big thing , might start a big thing you've done today thread
Well needed wash of the S4 and fitted the mirrors back on the pani and generally moved bikes around. Really need to give @nelly a call this week and book both bikes on for a service. The s4 hasn’t had belts for over 3 years and the pani needs a couple of things sorted
Went round the block on my old mans 400/4 after I rebuilt the carb.... Unstuck the dragging front caliper as well.
Had a nice drive over to Hitchcocks Motorcycles Royal Enfield dealer, for some parts for my project bike
Popped in to Ducati Manchester for a coffee before going to see The Happy Mondays tonight in Manchester
