Found this in me box of stuff. And attempted to fit it to the 950 multi. No idea what it’s off. Must be something similar though as it’s almost a direct fit.
Waited for a DPD parcel to be delivered (bike bits) & given their previous track record I should have expected a non delivery report , but as they has already fekked up hugely by sending this parcel in a tour of the uk from the deepest midlands to Inverness instead of Tyne & Wear I had foolishly hoped they be out of fekup . Anyways they continued to fail and didn’t attempt delivery but claimed they tried & I wasn’t in, they also didn’t try neighbours delivery either so suspect they couldn’t be @rsed . Wonder what the useless fekkers will screw up with on tomorrow’s attempt. Their app/website is crap as it seems impossible to speak to anyone or give direction details like What3words.
Popped out for a very eventful couple of hours this morning that included seeing three separate groups of bikers stopped by plod and some kind of hedge bird flying straight into my chest at about 70 clicks. Decided it was a sign and came home to go again another day.
Been out with the youngest son, him on his Aprilia SX50, me on the Ninja 125 that I am running in for him, ready fir when he can start to use it
Pushed my GasGas 2 miles after it ran out of fuel, a Honda rider kindly towed me the 6 miles to a fuel stop in Builth Wells. I believed wrongly that from reserve I’d get 45 miles…….35 until dry.
My Son and I have some happy memories of our rides to Wales him on his SX50, me on my KTM longest was 270 miles, mostly we kept them closer to 200.
Worked out the Darmah's fuel consumption on it's 160 miles fast run down to Sammy Miller's to be a rather credible 51 mpg.
Had a productive afternoon, after the short ride with my youngest, been prepping and painting the mirror casings and V piece from my pig of a 996 How many colours does the mirror casing need to be?
Doris and I went out for a 200 miles jaunt with some friends. Should have had lunch at the Nook, Alston but they ballsed up the order for everyone, so we left starving!
Halfords regular primer, as it was covering paint, not directly on to the plastic, the parts painted are rigid enough for it not to be an issue
I bought a oe oil filter for my r1 yesterday. £18. Won't be doing that again. And the r1 takes 4.1 l of oil. So bought 2 lots of 300v. £114 .
