(small) Bike Things You've Done Today

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by Cream_Revenge, Nov 15, 2018.

  1. Fitted an extension to the rear pedal on the MTS today. Not meant for the bike so needed some fettling on the bottom to make fit but looks ok. Was supposed to be graphite in colour but is quite blue but that doesn’t bother me. Gives a useful 10-15mm extra pedal width.

  2. After SORNing the V Raptor & taking him off the road a month or so ago I've finally got round to putting him on the Abba stand and given him a quick once over to ensure there was nothing too disastrous that need immediate attention. Took a few photos so when I get me arse into gear I may well start a build thread. As you see though, garage space is presently limited:

  5. A run over into Wales , llangollen to be precise. Longest run on the Hyper yet , 185 miles .. The SP seat isn't the most comfortable addition it would appear

Rained on the return run between Stafford > Uttoxeter so a deep clean will be needed.

I have bikes better suited to the longer rides but it's still nice to know the hyper is capable

  6. Sold the 959 tank, young fella came from Lincoln and desperate as has a trackday to try for the RaF racing team Monday at cadwell. He was going to pay full price but I gave him £50 off as we didn’t use eBay and he’d spent a bunch of money travelling all day. People have done me a good deed in the past, always pass it on, too many rip you off these days :upyeah:

  15. Another 200 mile day, Elite to Bielsa. Buggered for tomorrow, 2 tunnels through the Pyrenees are closed due to roads being washed away. Fingers crossed, the one Coll that is open, stays open so we can get in to France. Andy
