We can process up to 15.5 million Litres a day of milk which produces a hell of a lot of wastewater I can tell you! About up to 9.5 million Litres a day at peak, we manufacture milk powder, cheese, A.Milk Fat (for chocolate and other dairy foods) Casein, and other dairy by-products. 4 days on (12hrs) 4 days off, days only, so plenty of time for riding the Ducati
