Had physio today and learned that I need to start keeping an eye in my calorie intake. Before my accident, my solution before was to just do more exercise. My physio told me that is wrong and disconnected. I've already started (with a recommended app on my 'phone). I have a weakness for Roast Cashew Nuts - ucking'ell! They are laced with calories!!!
