  9. cleaned and tensioned the chain, cleaned and re greased steering head bearings, fitted a new brake master cylinder and 14T front sprocket. :)

    Went to bed with the start of a sore throat and woke to painful sore to swallow throat :(

    Seem to be in a run of sickness
    Probably that bloody manky tooth
