I have made plans. I shall be sending one of my men incognito down to Crail tomorrow. He will assassinate a lobster and a crab. He won't be using polonium-210.

I fancy a fresh crab roll for my lunch.

Wasn't really well enough but I had tickets to T-Rextasy and having been in bed since Monday afternoon, I was going regardless. Had the first real food of the week in Wagamamas and a great 2 hours at the sold out gig. Marc Bolan may not be everyone's cup of tea but for a very short career, he wrote some brilliant music. I'm knackered, my ears are ringing and I'm going to bed. Goodnight all. Andy
