Nope....wire and mesh is invasive. You will need the dressings changed every day for a while. Probably have an external frame rather than a cast and some wicked pain killers. When he's finished with them , any left over could be sold on here....you'll know to who.... by the drama queen emojis. Tell him he's now the New Terminator....that will cheer him up.
Well yesterday - Woke up 6AM Left home at 7AM - rode down to WM Snell to drop the pani off for its service, arrived at about 8AM - Popped to the café across the way from WM Snell - lovely little café and bikers welcome had a coffee then rode the bike over to the dealer, dropped of keys and ran thru a few issues with the pani, picked up the Loan bike - Monster 1200S - Right away put it in sport mode - then attempted to get lost around alton's one way system to find a petrol station as I wanted to brim it , the pani would not be ready till about 3PM - Found a station loaded up with fuel and a pork pie , then headed off up the Hogs back Into Guildford then onto London, came into work, did 5 or 6 hours work and left to get to WM for 3PM - Pani all done - new front tyre so took it easy got home shattered, I do not miss the open bikes, fairing saves so much wind resistance - All in all a good day and some good riding around the Hogs back area - roads very quiet and weather was fantastic that Monster 1200S loan bike is a great bit of kit , hats off to the lads at WM Snell
Been to the dentist for the second part of my hygienist attack - now working from home until 1.30pm, then it's the weekend!!!
i give it another six weeks before he starts earning his keep. was planning to start him this week, but the lengths people go to to be dependent on the state still surprises me.
now struggling with a landrover. who ever was involved in their design deserves to be hung by the nads and whipped with a jagy nettle
Clearly my turn the in the barrel this week. Optical lab broke the new frames for my new glasses then the lenses they supplied didn't fit in the frames and the focal centre didn't line up with my eyes so the lenses have to be remade. That'll be another 2 weeks sir before you get to see clearly ! Still got a hair cut so look a little less like Worzel Gummidge, booked tickets for the Counterfeit Stones in November and we are at Silverstone tomorrow for the festival and Status Quo, so not a total right off. My best wishes to all for a speedy recovery for those who are injured or in pain and a good weekend for those who can enjoy one. If duty calls, you have my sympathy and I hope you get so "me" time soon. Andy
