  12. Taking photos of the Moon through my telescope.

    This astro photography game is hard, I could only get shots at the lowest magnification arrangement I have otherwise the tiniest of shakes (like pressing the shutter) make everything blurred. Time to do a bit of investigation into stabilising the scope...

  13. Well well. Can't believe I'm in hospital again. I've had my nail amputated...Not my finger. I told them I hadn't stolen anything but they pulled it out anyway. The finger is fractured, I crushed it a week ago but thought the nail would go black and grow back. Looks like septicaemia, not good. Immediate penicillin drip. Weird but interesting symptoms. Other than that it's been a nice sunny day. They're keeping me in till tomorrow.

    On the upside it'll give me time to post a few pages of my blog that I'd pretty much got ready. Pics might be a problem though. Check out 'just popping out in my bike'.

  16. The mirror flicking up is enough to blur the image, I have an old DSLR without a mirror lock function. I tried for a while with the camera and ended up getting that shot with my phone...

  17. Use a digital camera. No shutter movement. Lock it off and set it on timer. Should do it.

  20. Fitted new marker light to my Motor Home. I cant believe I actually have one. My justification is that my son races and we need it. Next I will be joining the bloody caravan club and buying a tartan blanket. Have problems with the E controller so if anyone knows someone thats not dick turpin that can repair
