Yeh, finally got to the end of my tether with trying to keep the original OE chain clean and rust free. Goes in for it's 4 year sevice next weekend and I've asked them to fit a new DiD and they can do sprockets as well if needed. Andy
To be fair, not a lot of rust, mainly a build up of roads sh1t and lube. If we go the distance a new chain will be DiD
Spent 1 hour removing a dent from my work vans plastic bumper using a hairdryer & hammer - worked a treat. Can't beat a bit of you tube help !

Today I will mostly be sorting stuff out from the garage to either throw away, give to charity or sell on eBay. If it's not too bad weather wise and I have time, I may even clean the bikes.
I need to take a leaf out of your book, first option is probably most suitable. Would be great if there was a charity that took rusty and/or oily car/motorbike bits as could be a lifesaver. :smileys:
