At work doing overtime (sunday morning) - went to let the air con lad in through the barrier so had to walk round the side of the building....weve got black glass on some of the lower windows of the office (round where the stair wells are) and spotted this...some pigeons might have a bit of a sore head somewhere...

Just fitted new rear wheel bearings, disks and pads to the Vivaro. Painted the calipers while I was at it. Steve
Yesterday, I became Hero Bear for most of the day down at Long Marston and the Convoy 4 Heroes, who are a bunch of Landrover enthusiasts who support H4H. Bloody great day and really did me some good! Some of those Landies have made me yearn for another one.
Fixed my GS1000 which died on the way home from work Weds evening with loss of all electrics.Found the main fuse blown and not a tight fit in it's holder which was was enough to fix but the charging system was not working. Loads of insulating tape round the connectors from the reg/rec was not a good sign and sure enough they had all overheated. Cut them all out and made good temporary connections until I get some proper new terminals and all is working as it should. Nice to find it was a cheap easy fix, really annoying it was bodged in the first place when it would have been just as easy to do a decent job.
Just about to go and de-fly the Yamaha, might burn a bowl of Graf Adolf bulcan blend as well (pipe tobacco) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I only recently started enjoying peaty whisky but I actually prefer milder whiskies. I only started liking whisky at all in the last 5 years or so. Whisky from Dalwhinnie, Oban, Singleton and Tobermory are current favourites but there are lots still to try and I do like to try new ones. Even though I prefer mild I find that after the shock of the first few sips of a peaty one it becomes very enjoyable. You sort of get past the smoke and start tasting what's behind.
I didn't know there were any English whiskies. Like I said elsewhere I tend to prefer milder ones and only occasionally go for a peaty one but might hunt it down. Cheers.
Just bought this little gem off German Ebay - Brand Spanking Sorry about all the pics - just a little over excited :Bucktooth:
I was out for a hurl today, as were a lot of other bikers, and I saw quite a few Ducatis. I followed a white M1200S and red 848 (I think) through Kirkcaldy; saw a tricolore (possibly 848) in a layby in the countryside around Creiff somewhere (a very pretty bike); and in Aberfeldy I was sitting outside a cafe and 3 monsters, a couple of MTSs and a black 1000DS rolled by. I've never been a fan of the DS but thought it looked pretty good in black. There's something really impressive about a Ducati thudding by. The road from Creiff to Aberfeldy via the Sma' Glen is so very worth doing if you're ever in the area. It's one I never get bored of.
Other all day yesterday (Bristol Italian day) so used up all my brownie points so not allowed out to play today. Spent a couple of hours swapping out more shifty fixings on the hyper... Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
