  1. Oye! There's nothing wrong with a walking stick? But I prefer to call them walking canes as a bit less raspberry ripple and a bit more man of style! My new walking cane arrived yesterday but needs running in image.jpeg

  2. I've already been asked by 3 different people if it's a sword stick? Now there's an idea

  3. Have you watched the original version with David Niven and marlon Brando ? Much better than the Steve Martin version.

  4. Had to go to portrush a message Yesterday , the nw200 pits is full , the track looks good so waiting on the good weather , we've been waiting ten bloody years though. Stopped at garryduff Presbyterian church and paid respects to joey and Robert Dunlop , the flags and wee toy bikes in the graveside are reminders of various previous visitors. I'm Sad now.

  7. Had a great ride out to Matlock Bath and CMC in Clay Cross with my mate Matt today. He's just bought the limited edition (only 75 made) Kawasaki ZX10r Winter Test model. Looks really smart and gas a few toys on it, developed by the WSBK boys. :upyeah:

Anyway despite all of gods little children being out on the roads the sun was shining and we managed to find some quiet'ish Tarmac for a bit of a blast :)

Now back home and watching MotoGP.

It's been a pretty fantastic weekend all round :)

  8. Took 996 out, did some nice damage to the knee sliders, front end nearly tucked twice at high lean angle (for me), time for new tyres me thinks. Saw a 999(749) tricolore (can't be many) followed by Panigalle on 4146(?) Going north from Hemel around 5:15.

  9. Today I felt well enough to get back on a Ducati for the first time in six weeks, and did about 90 miles from home to Burnham on Crouch and back. Met up with Ken E ( @ST Ken ) and Julian W, and had fish and chips. I coped really well, and this has cheered me up considerably. The wonderful warm sunny weather has also helped. The difficult bit was wheeling the bike in and out of the garage.
