  1. Good to see plenty of peeps on the mend

I have been overjoyed how my hyperbaric oxygen treatment has gone

Been moving house for about the last months so apart from a jolly to Wales bikes have been garage bound

This house is the 15th I have lived in and wanz and myself are hoping to stay here a fair while and it's a bit of a 'project'

I still have boxes not opened after the last move ;p

Still got some nice attic floorboards to store them on :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1463838981.170702.jpg

  2. Arrived at Brands at 10:30 this morning and went straight into Ducati hospitality. Bacon and sausage bap for breakfast, followed by a wander around the (surprisingly small number) retail stalls where Carole managed to find a pair of Alpinestars all weather gloves that fitted. Lunch was delicious, chicken enchiladas with nachos and salads followed by a sticky sweet chocolate thing. Watched superbike qualifying from a number of vantage points around the Indie circuit as we tried to walk off the lunch and make room for scones and jam for afternoon tea. Vegging in the Mecure now looking forward to a couple of beers later and hoping for some cracking racing tomorrow. It has been wet today as forecast, so if it rains again tomorrow it will definitely mix things up. Andy

  4. Apart from having a shower this morning I have done bugger all but watch television.

I've watched MotoGP practice/qualifying. Watched the 1990 fa cup final. Watched Casino Royale. And now I'm watching the 2016 fa cup final.

If the weather is half decent tomorrow me and @bettes are going to Matlock :)

  5. This is the second year we decided to do the early Brands round having done the final round in October for the last 3 years. It's a bit of a luxury but Ducati look after us and the Indie circuit always puts on a good show. We'll be in the Paddock Hill stand tomorrow (when we're not being fed or watered in the hospitality tent) whatever the weather cheering on Danny Buchan and Lloyds British Moto Rapido Racing. Depending on my weadling skills, we might get to visit the team in the garage which would be a bit of a treat. Andy

  6. i went to final round brands , walked past ducati hospitality area with my bird and smelled decent coffee.
I've asked them if i can have cup of coffee and they told me to fuck off. they told me it was for special guests only. i was a bit upset to be honest as i own 5 Ducati's (3 of them are R's) and i mentioned to them that i am a customer and they still didn't want to listen and told me to go away.
i do think that UK ducati guys are not superb.

  7. Found a leak in the roof, waiting for dry weather to fix it.

  8. Looks like my riding season is over as of yesterday, I got cut off & bounce around like a pinball between 2 cars, I there was no time to avoid the the impact....well shit happens but I walked away with a small scratch on the back of my left leg, the bike didn't get so lucky...but at least this way I will rebuild with newer parts & a slightly different look, once it is finished I will unveil the new ride!

Here is the aftermath...thankfully it is only cosmetic!

  9. Glad you are okay but it looks expensive. Andy

  10. I am thinking about $5000.00 worth to rebuild!

  11. Make it $6000 and you can bling it up this time :)

  12. I will try my best so that way you can hate it even more [emoji6]

  13. Delivered a New Shape Landrover Disco at this morning to a dealer mate in Deepest sarth London and was facing a £50/60 minicab ride home cos fatty Harris my driver reckons he had a dodgy donner on way home from Friday nite session at local boozer? Probably nothing to do with any of the 20+ (yes 20+!) pints of cheapo lager he can consume with ease?Anyway I was just about to call a Bermondsey MINICAB - if you could call it a cab? When I said to mate have you got any old p/x shitters I can buy to get me home? He had some real proper horrors but in the end we spun £50 or double on an old 2001 Y plate Ford Ka and I won the coin flip! image.jpeg

  17. Yep - same with us at the TT - we met a couple of lads over there (we seem to keep bumping into them every year) and they've got GS's each....they/all of us asked it we could go in for a cuppa and got told "sorry mate...don't think so" to which I replied "well, glad I didn't buy that s1oooR I test drove then.." which didn't make any difference whatsoever but I felt better all the same...

  18. Oh fork!!!!!!
    Glad your ok sinister
Oh my don't like seeing that beautiful bike with that damage but relieved it's not major major

Not sure what facelift could be better than already there but I'm watching and waiting for the results

  19. Well @bettes and me have been to Get Geared and J&S in Leeds. There were a few Ducati's there including two Multi's (one was a PP), and a black and white 999 with ragged tyres :upyeah:

  20. Sorted the garage today to get the bikes to fit in better.
Also gone through the boxes that came with the Bayliss I picked up last week. It's been fitted with the race performance kit. Cams, velocity stacks and ecu. Claims to be worth an extra 7% power wise?
