Actually got off my bum to spend a full-on hour cycling up steep hills, through forests, mud and tracks through fields. Now having my free endorphin high.

Lazy morning recovering from having a couple of friends over for booze and snacks. Afternoon till about 9 was spent tinkering with the 998. Every time something is removed, something else crops up. Ah well, getting to know her quite well and she is getting all sorts of TLC that has been a bit lacking. home to do some washing and put this mornings washes and dishes away. now food, beer and wind down.
Threw some silicone impression goop about . Went on bike did 60 miles ... Heated grips failed!!!! Grr second instrument panel in 7 months not pleased. But smiled at being out and about
Just finished making a batch of pan aux chocolate with the youngest, now waiting for them to come out of the oven for some sampling along with a cup of coffee

This morning I have mostly been dodging around on a 1951 Servicar... Sidevalve motor, manual advance/retard, foot clutch, hand gearchange, no leaning...if you'd asked me to go out on my regular bike in this weather I'd have told you to feck off, but here I am soaked to the skin with just a cardigan for protection, and laughing my nuts off, mostly cos it scared the crap out of me:biggrin:
