Ah mate, I feel for you... we lost one of our cats a while ago after 15 years and it still feels a bit raw.
Took delivery of new boots today... Old sidi's took a beating for 5 years and still ok... Just worn... Sidi St gore text... And now, officially, I'm a kriega bag whore... Messenger bag with 2x us5 dry packs along with the phone pouch on the strap.... Top quality stuff...
I had a morning full of meetings, and this afternoon and this evening I've been catching up on paperwork and packing as I'm off on my jollies for a week in the morning I will be on here occasionally though when I've sussed the wifi out
Unremarkable but busy week, the osteoarthritis in my hip is giving me grief though, so gently medicating with some Cardhu gold reserve single malt - the alcohol free beer wasn't cutting it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
called into an Astoria (Oregon) music shop today, and ended up walking out with this and an empty wallet....
New tyres fitted to the 853 in preparation for Silverstone and bought a new bbq in the vain hope that it might stimulate Mother Nature into giving us some warmer weather. Andy
I've driven to Suffolk for a weeks holiday in the middle of nowhere I've already been to the pub and had two G&T's
I went for a ride down to Matlock and back with a pit stop at clay cross, needed to clear my head and see if the heavier bar end weights took any vibration out, they did, hand still started to go numb but nowhere near as bad as before. It was a nice day for it and I enjoyed myself.
Spinout down to Bury Hill & back via Duncon Viewpoint, Midhurst & Petworth. Warmer out there than expected. Stuart
A few weeks ago I casually tossed a few seeds from a pepper I had eaten for dinner into a pot. Blow me sideways and call me Charlie, my salad grew! Re potted the biggest one into its own pot, as all five had sprouted. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
After being told by the tyre guy at the NL track day this week "I'm amazed you've not crashed" when I told him the PSI I ran on my BT 016 I checked the Bridgestone web page and he was right, I was running way to low. So went out for an hour tonight on the new pressure, felt weird to start with at low speed. After 20mins felt not a lot different. Tyre pressure is a funny thing.
We've mooched most of the day, close by in Woodbridge, ufford and Whickham Market. The weather has been glorious all day. In fact I've burnt my bonce I think.
Got mein papa over tomorrow. Recently passed his test and is doing the ride down from Suffolk on his new Scrambler Full Throttle. Plan is to have a nice ride out tomorrow for lunch, then dinner before he's off home again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
