I'm sending them somewhere good, I've seen them teaching, I used them and some of the instructors are women. Lots of girls use them.
I do hope they enjoy it, but agree the instructors have a big part to play

Thanks for the GWSs guys, back home and all should be well pretty quickly. X-Ray showed one lumbar vertebrae at an odd angle and was diagnosed as being caused by a muscle spasm. 2 injections guided by ultrasound into the muscle there and then seem to have done the job. I'm sore and going to take to the sofa but no ill effects - so far . Andy
