Off duty PCSO on their mobile pulled out of a side junction turning right, as it was busy both directions she stopped on the hatching in the middle waiting for a gap from her left. My mate was overtaking a high sided van at the time and didn't see the junction on his left or her coming out, she just saw a gap from her right..... Stay safe out there guys.
