True - but its never been in the rain in its 11 year life (never mind the salty nastiness!). I can always have a ride out on the mountain bike if I need my two-wheel fix :fearscream:
Still working on the CR250. I really am loving the work. It's starting to get pricey with parts, clothing etc etc but I've got most things now. I was speaking to the bloke (again, I'm buying more parts) I rode with as kids and was showing me old pics, mad looking back. Anyway, stick me in the garage, little heater, I'm happy.
What more?? We have already had snow, but it didn't settle. Just as well. I still have the summer tyres on the car and I'm not about to freeze to death fitting the winter ones. Think I may cop out this year and get them fitted by the local garage (only a change of 4 wheels). But there is plenty of snow on the high ground and the passes are closed. All a bit early this year, but then weather is highly unpredictable.

New battery fitted, fired on the button and it looks like it's charging properly, about 13.5v at 1200rpm and goes up to just over 14v at about 5000rpm. Sun is shining and the hills are calling, happy days . Andy
