Work, no snow just rain !! Went to gym to try and relax my aching muscles after my long run yesterday. 60 mins of x trainer sorted it out, need to look after my legs gotta a race on Sunday !

B just got back after another 13 hours in hospital, and a bit of Asda shopping and its now time to start putting some washing on to get the first lot of -ahem- nuclear soiled baby gros slightly cleaner. It's going to be a long night, but still grinning!!
I went to see how the bodywork is coming along and I also had the get a pick of the Yamaha RD 350 that was there, looks to be in really good condition, plastics & tank getting painted a nice gloss black!
I attended an informal appraisal meeting today at work, centering up my performance. Turns out that I continue to become less objectionable, year on year. Result. Hell, one day they may even like me!
