But we get the picture :upyeah:

  5. Actually that has a beauty all of it's own!

  6. Replaced the battery in the active key of the Multi today. The original battery lasted nearly two years. It's a little 3 volt CR2032 (like in a watch) - bought a new one in Tesco. Took about 2 minutes to replace, using the end of a table knife and my fingernail. Simple.

  7. Today I have mostly been learning "I Could Have Lied" by the RHCP.

    Progress. There is undeniable progress.

  8. Actually I need a watch battery replacing, can't get the back of the case off, seems to be held on better than if I'd tacked it on with a Mig!

  9. Glad I'm nor the only person who thought that....

  10. Today I have mostly been moaning about Septics.

  12. Yes I moan about Septics all the time, especially that Nigel Farage.

  13. we just need to trust the electorate to make the right decision, Pete. We live in a democracy - demos, for the people - and not a dictatorship.

  14. As my week went to pot I've painted the en-suite plus the bedroom radiator, plus thrown the slow cooker on a stew cooking nicely.

I am on a work call currently though

  15. Today I have mostly been attending a 'LinkedIn' workshop. Amazing, the functionality, will aid me in my job hunt......

  16. nothing as cool as DH, but today I've mainly been larking on here, putting a new bike (bicycle) hook in my mancave and prepping a very scratched swingarm ready for painting. Once that's painted to my satisfaction, it can go on my trackbike

  17. Today I have excelled myself by making a loaf of wholemeal bread without the aid of machines...

Then I went one better and knocked up the perfect man food...Bacon cake:upyeah:
