This morning we took the grandchildren to Huddersfield leisure centre and had an hour and a half in the splash pool. Kids loved it. And I have to say so did we.........especially the extreme pendulum slide! We had some lunch there too then the kids had an hour in the soft play area. We are now home and I'm in need of a snooze!
Both my daughters stayed over at the same time. Probably the first time in ten years since they left home for university. Great weekend.
Today I finally bit the bullet and sold one of my classic bikes. It did at least go to a bike nut and a very nice chap who will use it as intended.
The MH900E,called 'Twin pipes' by Mrs Mervyn. We had a weekend away a few years back when we travelled up North to buy it.Happy memories.
I was standing at the bus stop this morning next to a heavily pregnant woman. I said politely, "When is it due?" She smiled and replied, "Nine days." I said, "Nine days? Feck that, I'll start walking."
Spent most of the day in the garage. Not bending or mending stuff, mclearing stuff out and generally tidying and sorting bits for Snett Wednesday. Dug the old trailer out, tested and all good to go. So packed the car...bit early but hey what the hell
A month on and they still keep changing their minds! I was this >< close this morning to telling them to go and bother someone else with their fantasies
