  7. No,not the Triton. That is all dolled up in the workshop and waiting to go on the roller starter. She does look good. The bike going is my MH,Sadly I can't ride her anymore and I didn't want her collecting dust in the garage. She is off to a good home with a Ducati nut.

  8. I spoke to the doctor today, "I'm worried, as whenever I go to visit my mother she gets my name wrong."

He looked up at me sympathetically and asked, "Is it Alzheimer's?"

I looked back at him in surprise and replied, "No, it's Ron."

  9. My boss handed his notice in yesterday. Bit gutted as he's the best boss weve had in years but im not surprised....he spends most of his week on the road between sites, gets a shed load of abuse from management (he's an IT manager), got promised the earth when they head hunted him but didnt deliver so he's going back to the place he got headhunted from (20 mins from his house) so, fair play to him. Nice bloke.

  10. Got caught with my pants down playing away...... FB_IMG_1501227492775.jpg

  13. If you started a company with him you wouldn't be alone :)

  14. Not something he would do.....he'll be seeing out his time back at his old company - i think he's 55 so he's already pulling some pension in....

  15. So either he is one of these modern day 'heroes' who did 25yrs in the army/navy of which 22 was sitting around drinking and eating, or he's a 25 yr ex-plod who spent 20 years at a desk eating donuts.

  16. Neither. Ex machine coder on old mainframes. Got into management and been there ever since. He looks out for us, takes flack, and fair...personally i think he's had enough of being constantly had go at by the people that should be investing in the infrastructure when he's advising them the best way he can....for 11 years he's essentially spent it out on the road travelling between sites (that his choice in all fairness) but, i think he wants a rest...

  17. Ar...must be ex-BT then. Sat in a room for 20 yrs drinking tea and eating biscuits ;)

  18. Nah - he comes from an automotive background (started his coding days at Uni). I must say if i got to his stage in life (if i make it that far) then id be the same....

  19. Bradder's retired into Contracting quite a bit earlier :)
