Twice... busy day then

 

Thanks for the invite but cant do this one Simon, at a wedding in Stratford on Saturday and doubt I'll be able to ride the day after!

 

Just dropped off the sillica blasted 996sps and 748R exhaust pipework for polishing. Found a one man band operating out of a shed in amongst a community of sheds of vintage car restorers in the back of beyond ...... actually about 10 miles from Pangbourne. The 50mm 996sps pipework (including headers) will be up for grabs if anyone is interested. Andy

 

A mixed day so far for me.

At 9-00am I took a phone call offering me the job of Donald Trump's "Press Secretary".

An hour later, he feckin' sacked me.

 

I slipped on wet cellar steps and fell down the stairs, undoing weeks of physiotherapy on my shoulder.
On a happier note flying out to Singapore enroute to Bali on Thursday

 

I'm doing the same next Wednesday. But going to Cambodia between Singapore and Bali.

 

Not the falling down stairs bit then?

When are you there?

 

Took the Desmo for an MOT. The 1st ride I've had on it since fitting BST's. It certainly felt eminently more flickable than I remember.

Oh, and it passed.

 

This Saturday, not made many plans just going to see how it goes over the next three weeks.

 

Finished wallpapering the front room with Martin

Not bad for a first attempt - think my dad would be proud , I often helped him back in the day

 

Prepped a caserole last night, the lad has cooked it today and got a load more produce from the allotment

Dinner may be from the chippy

 

Found out yesterday (scan) we are having a boy. I didn't mind either way really, as long as it is healthy.
Thinking of names today.

My neighbour told me this morning, that he's put all his "dogging" equipment up for sale on Ebay.
