Bali, going anti clockwise after leaving Denpasar with a few inland jaunts. On the North west coast now.
Just had a fantastic breakfast. I won't need to eat all day! We are off to a beach near Monopoli then the caves at Castellana Grotte this afternoon. Laters!
We used to stay in the Hotel Clio in Monopoli (Think its closed down now?), but most of the beaches are stoney round there. If I recall, can walk down passed the Clio, then after the dead end there is a sandy beach down there. Have an awesome day Jammy sod !!!
Well we had a slight change of plan. First port of call was the "beach" at Cala Verde, which despite being rocky as @Wayne58 said, is really rather pretty. Water was lovely and warm though, and I've managed to catch the sun a bit SWMBO is in there waving I think. (I was too busy looking at some birds bum) After a bit of lunch we went into Alberobello to take a proper look at the Trulli village. It is trulli scrumptious (see what I did there? ) Honestly if you get the chance to go, do so. It's beautiful. Now we are back at our B&B having a late lunch in the garden. Tomorrow will be a looking at caves day at Castellana Grotte
Had a mother of a headache most of the day. Still a bit unbalanced and fuzzy headed, so bitten the bullet and will be trying for an emergency appointment in the morning Didn't stop me working and progressing my project tho
