  1. Yes I'm using my own they will be harvested then stored until a bed becomes available as I will be in isolation for min of 3 weeks after having them transplanted
I will need one strong chemo before I receive them
    I think it's bloody amazing

  3. Very important as I will have no immunity and will be fighting hard to get through it :)

  4. Yeah....my dad didn't make it....he was climbing up the walls to get out the hospital once his was done...he was out two weeks afterwards and in the garden repairing the fence....not long after he caught an infection and he was gone not long after.....had I have known how critical it was I would have kept watch by the door to make sure he stayed in!...the only advice the hospital gave was...."keep him away from people, open spaces are fine..." That was it. I read up after and 3 months was what I had read.....! Ie the longer the better.!

  5. Oh no!!!! :(
I have been told I will have to be very careful once home for upto 6 months!!
Awww that's sad about your dad ..... Well I will make sure I do as I'm told :)

  6. Stay away from everyone and everything! As much as you can! If its any consolation the bloke in the states I've gave my stem cells to is still alive (just over a year now) they have much stricter quarantine rules over there.....

  7. So I've just spent two days running around in a Tesla Model X P100D. I'm still recalibrating my brain before writing up the experience, but can confirm that I won't be buying another dinosaur-burner as our daily driver. Somewhere in the Scottish Highlands, there's a Gallardo driver who might still be wondering what the f*** happened.

  8. Yesterday... Day 2...
Packed all the "precious" bits myself. Movers arrived at 8.30 and around 12.00 the first two little trucks (only 2.5 tonne trucks) were ready to roll.

Waited half an hour to see if the rain Ann's lightning would stop, but no luck, so got the Hyper out, raingear on and headed off to our new house.

The movers delivered 3 truckloads; unpacked but most of it still all over the lounge and entrance. Wifey and I started sorting out the bedrooms. At 6.30 we decided to call it a day. Out for dinner and by 10.00 back at the old house, showered and crashed.

Today the last few things to be packed, and then clean up and BYE BYE:innocent:

Doing the unpacking and sorting out will take another two days or more but at least then we should be done mincing moving for a good long time :upyeah:

  9. Staying in ubud in the middle of a rain storm. Not much to do other than sample Bintangs!

  10. Off to Silverstone soon, hoping for a double win this weekend. Popped over yesterday to watch my mate testing. He won the championship last year. I ended up pushing the bloody car back after it lost drive yest. Simple fix. 20170818_101907.jpg

I took the 998 Yesterday and the weather was worse than forecast, will drive today.

Got the piss taking out the way yesterday, "why you not racing, you've put on weight, your old car is going well".
I didn't really feel the urge yesterday.. a couple years ago, I'd be finding it hard to watch and not be out there. Good to be around it though, the smell, noise.. Was offered a good deal on a drive from the factory at the next round, and my mates family team offered to run me, if I came back.

I think I will stick with bikes...

  11. Had an early breakfast at our apartment/B&B then drove to Bari airport. Satnav took us a very interesting way :)

Got through check in and security with minimal fuss, and now sat in departures, with free wifi, waiting to board in about an hour. :)

  12. So far, usual Saturday rituals ;)

And now strong coffee and WSBK before heading out to find a bathroom co to some and do a quite and get the horrible thing ripped out.

  13. Always fancied a crack in a single seater. Just never been able to fit in one, even 6 years ago when I was running 45km a week and doing a hour of weights 5 days per week : unamused:

  14. I rode into a fence on a bicycle and face planted the bottom hard trying to surf and now have a grazed cheek, a cut lip, and a grazed toe. Enjoying it all though.

  15. Shed building today....
