Me too, but so can most 5 year olds. She actually broke the Western European record for deadlift and now holds the Scottish record for squat, bench press and deadlift in her category. I think the 145-95-188.5 figures are what she lifted in the squat, bench press and deadlift events which makes her handy for carrying stuff.
Those are very impressive results.A lot of hard work and dedication to achieve them.I am full of admiration.
My consultant isn't convinced my protein has gone up so she has taken bloods the result won't be available till Monday and I'm seeing her Wednesday If it's ok we can still go ahead with stem cells so fingers crossed so that's reassuring roll on Wednesday
