Good bikes, Triumphs. But... I don't know why, but I can't gel with them, they don't have a soul. I've had two Sprints, a 955 and a 1050, and they do everything right; they've blasted me across Europe at a great rate of knots, they handle well, the triple engines are epic and they sound gorgeous - but they just don't tug at the heartstrings. They're like a British Honda.
had a slight accident in my car which is a real bummer, was on the way to the bike show. going to have to wait till monday to see if i can get a vehicle whilst this ones being repaired, might venture out on the bike as its looking dry tomorrow
Spent Thursday thinking I should be in bed. Spent Friday in bed. Looks like I'm spending today in bed. Being ill is dull.
Change of plan; I was going to attack the fuglystrada, but as the weather's so nice I'm attacking the garden instead - it was in more need y'see.
Delivered a bed and cd racks to no2 and wife to be, thirty five miles away. Played with granddaughter. Delivered funky cube light that changes colour from no2 son to no1 son who is fifty miles in the other direction. I am a good dad.
Been out on the mutley for the first time in a couple of weeks...........ah bliss !! No orgasm but as the duke of wellington once said ''It was a damn close run thing''
Before = bomb site After = bomb site with flowers (hopefully). I know naff all about gardening, so it should be interesting. I'll put some pics up tomorrow.
