Having just read this I can understand. It is the inevitable march of time and a thing that we all have to deal with. The only way I can find to deal with it is to celebrate a life well lived and not mourn too much. A difficult thing. My thoughts are with you, your mum will be in a better place.
I'm not going up today. There was no change overnight so I'm just gonna do normal stuff today. But currently listening to songs from my childhood that she used to sing to. She sang like Hilda Ogden
Proper yellow thing in the sky, 13 degrees this afternoon, so the red one will be awakened after a long wintersleep, any of you around abergavenny today? Or tallybont reservoir or the storey arms, might see you there, might even Chuck in a cheeky Elan valley
Sun's out so I did the first lawn mowing of the year, still very wet and full of moss but if it was left any longer it would have been unmanageable. Steve
I've got housework to contend with, moving to the garden later. This house move thing is driving me crazy.
Enjoy the great memories you have they will keep you going Your mum will always be alive when you do that
Any of you coming to hereford from Abergavenny be aware there is a new static speed camera on Belmont road after the roundabout with Tesco petrol station going into Hereford it’s on the right hand side 30 mph
Had a couple of playmates over from Essex today. One wanted his new top box fitting and a usb charged rigged up and he’s technically inept. Went for brekkie and a bimble only to get 2 minutes up the road and stop at a farm shop advertising pies
Discovered that either previous owner or dealer decided that plastic numberplate screws were ideal for securing the fairing bottom on the 999. It's also bloody filthy under there. Made a temporary improvement as although I have some correct Dzus for it I don't have the spring clips, so these Porsche clips will do for now with a couple of bolts. I've had a 749 fairing come off at speed, it's kinda scary. The plastic number plate screws are not a good solution as apart from anything else they're impossible to get to.
Out and about today and spotted this,a rather unfortunate person was having a bad day, alway's slippery on this down hill bend section
