999's are like a fine wine in my opinion, they getting better and better....i had a yellow 749 years ago and even then from certain angles it looked fantastic only the front was questionable, that no longer applies they are just maturing nicely now.
I ended up getting my crf which goes a fair bit better now thanks t tom at tm sherburn, noticed he had a 7,000 mile tidy 916 in the shop, a 1098 outside he has just done belt service on plus other jobs...went to Doncaster to pick up a bike I'm delivering to rossendale tomorrow....
Exactly my sentiments aswell, When released as with most people they just didn't float my boat at the time but it's now that I can see the method behind Terblanche's vision. It now works on soo many levels for me and is maturing beautifully, Unfortunately the same isn't happening to me getting older is having the opposite effect.
Ran errands, picked up some goodies that I ordered when I attended a race seminar a few weeks ago. Can't wait to get the R5's put on. Heard nothing but good things about them. Of course, as seen by 2nd pic, there won't be any riding soon. Got a foot of snow earlier this week and experiencing record low temps.
It's tossing down here now. We were debating what to do with ourselves today but the girl next door has just rung and has asked if I can go round in a bit to help her with her mattress
I said “let there be light” and there was light and i saw that it was good. I said “let there be a good junction box” and there wasnt as id forgot to order it. So i have light but the wiring would be condemned. Still i can now see in my garage.
Just been out for the first proper ride on the Ducati this year, it's only been out for its MOT since December. Really enjoyed it, loads of bikes out today. Steve
